An island resident since 2008, with 18 years of full-time experience living and working on Boca Grande — and roots on the Island going back to the late 1980s — Maryjo specializes in luxury waterfront estates on Gasparilla Island, bringing a depth of local knowledge that few agents can match. She is a member of both the national and local Board of Realtors and uses the latest technology to stay readily available to her clients.

A Penn State University graduate and Semester at Sea alumna, Maryjo is deeply embedded in the Island's social fabric as an active member of the Boca Grande Women's Club, the Gasparilla Inn, and Coral Creek Club. Outside of work, Maryjo is an avid outdoor enthusiast who enjoys tennis, golfing, fishing, and boating. She's married with two sons, and two of the reasons (besides the obvious) she chose to call Boca Grande home are the Island's beloved bike path — the old CSX railroad corridor running the length of the Island — and its dog-friendly culture, including the nightly gathering spot at the Island's dog park.
